The Fitbit Charge 6 watch is an average fitness tracker at best. Compared against top competitors in the health and fitness business, this watch doesn’t come close. It will track your steps, calories burnt, and activity in minutes as per the USA health recommendations, however as a fitness enthusiast and experienced ultra-runner it cannot offer me any assistance at all. To be honest, I didn’t have high hopes for the Fitbit brand having a reputation for unreliability and unfortunately, my mind wasn’t changed throughout this month-long experiment.
