Another Bob Quigly fly. The fly is based on a comparadun but uses a mix of hackle and z-lon for the wing, and the wing is ever so slightly cocked

Harrop's CDC Paraspinner Rusty – The Trout Shop
Rene Harrop developed the CDC Para Spinner to enhance the visibility of the traditional spent-wing pattern. To mimic the flat spinner wing of falling mayflies, Harrop trims a V in the forward fibers of the grizzly hackle wrapped around the post. This parachute fly design allows for a flat profile and the biot body sells the segmentation of the natural mayfly.
