Description
ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) Filament ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is one of the most used materials in the plastics industry and gained a lot of popularity within the 3D printing sector due to the ease of processability and great mechanical properties. This ABS filament is a strong material with a high toughness, high impact resistance and is also light and durable. After the print is done you can easily post-process the object by sanding it or with a acetone vapor installation to get rid of the visible layers and get a injection molded surface quality. Measurements & Tolerance Size Diameter tolerance Roundness 1,75 mm Filament +/- 0,05mm 95% 2,85 mm Filament +/- 0,10mm 95% Material properties Description Value Test method Density 1,05 g/cm3 ISO 1183/B Melt Mass-Flow Rate (MFR) (220ᵒC/10KG) 15 g/10 min SO 1133 Tensile Stress 45 Mpa ISO 527-2/50 Flexural Modulus 2300

Keep the 3D printer out of the sun. When the 3D printer is not being used it is important to keep the 3D4MAKERS ABS Filament in a bag and stored in a cool (15-25˚C) and dry room away from UV light until it is used again. *Our ABS Filament is also available in ABS ESD filament and in ABS Kevlar filament.
